Information You Submit
Names, phone numbers, or addresses entered in a search form are sent to the outside provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those searches. When you send us a message, we receive the details you choose to share and use them to answer you.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting systems create ordinary technical logs, such as an IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and visit times. Aggregate patterns help us maintain the service and see which resources visitors use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where applicable.
How We Use Information
Limited visitor data supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and content improvements. We do not compile individual visitor profiles or sell a visitor list.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links may lead to Temple City resources, Los Angeles County or California portals, courts, libraries, and outside search tools. Their own privacy rules apply once you leave this service. Sponsored search results are also supplied by an outside company, so review that provider's policy before submitting data.
Who May Process Information
Hosting and support vendors process technical logs for us. Analytics or advertising services may receive the automatic information described above. We may disclose information when valid legal process requires it, but we do not otherwise distribute visitor data.
How Information Is Protected
An encrypted connection serves the site, and technical logs are kept only as long as needed for the stated purposes. Since there are no user accounts, we hold no account password or member profile for you.
Visitors Under 18
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect a minor's personal information. Contact us if you believe someone under 18 submitted such information so it can be removed.
Your California Privacy Rights
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, provides rights that may include knowing, correcting, deleting, limiting, and opting out of certain uses of personal information. California's Delete Act also created DROP for consumer deletion requests to registered data brokers. We can check our contact records and server logs for a request sent through the Contact page. Government records held by Temple City, Los Angeles County, or California agencies remain under the custodian's control, so any correction or lawful removal request for those records must go to that office.
